I'm sorry that I wasn't here to try and help, our store is closed this week for the holidays. All that being said, I would have never in a million years guessed that to be the problem. I'm glad they were able to find and fix the problem for you! Terminator
Dealer was out first thing this morning. Tried the usual stuff, no go. Now he has to start working trial and error and start unplugging components to see which one is the problem.It turns out that the black box t hat controls the remote control was bad. Apparently they mounted the box too close to the ozonator and it caused it to go haywire.Go figure.Everything is back up and running. I super clorinated and hope to be soaking soon!Thanks to all who tried to help.Jonathan
