Destiny River - Bayside 50 jet 6-7 person spa
« on: December 23, 2005, 09:47:08 am »
I recently purchased this spa on E-Bay for $2,350.00.  I added stainless jets-this was a $295.00 option.  Received the tub, and ony the rings around the jets are stainless.  Also the largest jet is plastic.  I have been told that stainless "ringed" jets are the industry standard and that the plastic jet is too large to be stainless.   Too late now, but, was this a rip-off upgrade and also does anyone have any feedback regarding this spa?

As far as the stainless jets go it is typical for them to be wrapped around the outer ring. The idea is not for the entire jet to be stainless. Was it a ripoff? I wouldn't pay that much for it but that is a personal choice.
