What about an established business relationship?A telemarketer or seller may call a consumer with whom it has an established business relationship for up to 18 months after the consumer's last purchase, delivery, or payment - even if the consumer's number is on the National Do Not Call Registry
I had Thermospa come out in the spring when we were planning our project. The spas seemed nice enough but their prices put them right out of consideration. The salesman never asked me what I wanted and was so intent on "selling" me that I felt like I was buying a used car.About a week after the visit, the area manager called me out of the blue wanting to know about my experience in general and about the salesman in particular.I told him about it and that I wasn't interested in Thermospa because of the prices. He actually told me about this forum as a way to learn how much better their spas are than all the others. Ironically, there is very little chatter about them here and I learned that there are several spas at least as good as Thermospa and all are less expensive. Can't imagine them staying in business unless they join the crowd.I am in the 412 area code so we probably had the same office calling us. Haven't heard from them again.
......and yet they are the most sucessfull internet spa company in existance. Even with all the bad comments from angry customers on the internet.Just goes to show how much of a internet society we have become.
Those ads really concentrate on the frills and they have that fake doctor pretending that circleing x-rays means your hot tub will make you feel better.
.....showing the loving happy wife gazing at her husband with love because he's in the spa with her and the perfect kids playing in the spa with each other not driving each other or their parents crazy! The spa does all of this.
