Its really strange how the same garden hose or children's play sand bought from Home Depot in Oregon is just fine, but as soon as you cross the border into Cali it may give you cancer. Makes you wonder why we all want to live here.
Must be that hot 35* December weather. But, hey at least its clear blue skies.
