I have not been able to get ahold of the sheriff. A friend mine is a police officer and he put out a nation wide APB, so, we can get to the bottom of this.

I have it on good authority that Lt. Dan is still in charge of the day-to-day operations of Bubba Gump Shrimpin' Company.  They got more money than Davey Crockett.

Why, a HotSpring, of course!  You see, he has Titanium legs (the same material used on the Space Shuttle) and HotSpring has a Titanium heater.  They're practically kin!

I went back and read that joke again, how can mentioning that someone is an immigrant be raceist, and by the way I am an immigrant.

I clearly do not see any racism after reading that post a second time...BTW...I am also an immigrant. Hmmm...

Back to the original post...I recently purchased a new HS Vanguard for 8,000 and had nothing but problems at first (one week ago to be exact). I still consider it to be a quality tub...just had a rough start.
The external light kit was installed in the wrong connector by the delivery crew, and that caused failure with the heater, jet pumps and all lights for 5 days. They ended up replacing the entire Control Circuit Board Assembly. The Spa looks and feels awesome now that it's been working for 2 days. Although, I did notice that the jet pumps started turning on and off on their own yesterday without me touching the controls. I ended up resetting the circuit breakers and it's been good so far.

Wait a minute, did I miss something?  Did someone imply that I was a racist because of my story?

If anybody out there thinks I'm racist in any way, please feel free to contact my best friend Byron Jackson.  Byron is black as the night and I sat my big white behind right between his 280 lb butt and his little brother's 300 lb butt in a sea of white faces at the playoff football game of our alma mater Friday night.  Feel free to call Dwight Burns, my black customer and friend, who has bought 2 spas from me and is about to buy another and who always stops by to visit when he's in town.  Talk to Tony Lopez, one of our service guys, who I eat lunch with every time he has time, ask him if I'm racist.

I don't know who said it.  I'm just deducing from what I've read.  Anyone who believes that I'm racist can smack my crack! ;D

Markus, I'm sorry you've had trouble.  Everything doesn't always go as well as we'd like, but HotSpring will make it right.  I've had the same trouble on a couple of spas starting and stopping and it was because the interior control panel was not crimped correctly.  I would go ahead and call the dealer and make sure they either re-crimp it or replace it.  End of problem!

Good luck and good tubbing! ;D

I would venture a guess that we all come from immigrant status in our background. ;)

Take it easy on cobra, it is only his 5th post, and besides, maybe he is from Detroit and "negotiated" his best deal.
