This one's easy. I like whichever of those two you liked better when you wet tested. In all seriousness, if you tested, are satisfied with the dealer and you say you know which one you like it seems you're about there. Those are both good spas so that shouldn't be a concern.

Phillie31,

I sell both of these spas and think they are both wonderful, you really can't go wrong either way. As has been noted, there are 2 different Tahitians and depending on what you want from the spa, Wisoki might be right. If you want good jet action and dependable hot water, but don't want/need all the bells and whistles, then go with the Paradise if the Tahitian is the spa you liked better. But if you are like most customers these days and want all the bells and whistles, the Utopia is really an awesome spa. Besides the extra jets, it does come standard with an ozonator, multi-colored lights inside and outside the spa and the waterfall. The main thing that I don't like about the Paradise version is that they take away the calf jets. I really like calf jets so this is a big deal to me.
For about $500-$600 you could put Spa-Glo and the Monarch ozone on the Paradise Tahitian.

On to the Sovereign,
If this is the spa that you liked the most, you really have found a great spa. It is not a power hog with lot of pumps, yet it still gives a great massage. But I would make sure to upgrade the filters to the Tri-X style. It will save you money and time in the long run.
Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions.
