I sold them many years ago and they were a good mid level spa.  Not much in the bells and whistles, nor much for power or jet action.  But they were very reliable, not many service calls.
Measure once, cut twice.

I have an Ottawa that's over 4 years old that has not given me any trouble at all. Not fancy, but a great value so far. Very common componants, Sta-Rite pump, Water Way jets/plumbing, Balboa controls. Fiberglass Backed Acrylic shell, 3/4 foam insulation. 3500-4500 price range
