I don't think it's possiable, because of this spa being a full foam spa.
The only spa I know of that is fully upgradable is an Arctic Spa.

I've read somewhere that someone did install a marine stereo and speakers into their tub. I don't think that the speakers were in the shell but in the skirt sides.
I also think they installed the stereo part in a plastic sleeve with a flip up door.
