Good morning. Although I am not in the business...good sales to you. It has been pouring rain here in the NE for a week. I wonder if that helps or hurts the spa business. My guess is it might be good way to spend a rainy day.

My day is getting off to an interesting start, I just had a customer call me to tell me she had given one of my sales team a perfomance review. Apparently she trains 200 people and should'nt have to come in my store and train my guys. The issue, she was'nt told she had to come in to the store to sign a loan contract. She does'nt have time because she's so busy flying to London, feeding her husband and picking up dry cleaning, and she is a proffesional woman and told my sales guy she would quote" chew you up and spit you out like a dog" unquote......Happy day
