It would appear to be a pyrotechnic device (Firework for those of you in Ann Arbor). The name must just be a marketing ploy (Hooterville Tech school of marketing grad) to make it stand out from others.

But it proves Terminator is the boss at the store, who else would have enough time to come up with this stuff?
