Water deeper on one side...
« on: September 27, 2005, 10:45:28 am »
About 1-2 inches.  Is this a problem?  The guys that put it in yesterday said it should be ok because it didn't wobble at all, and felt very well supported under each corner.  ???

Where you might find trouble is keeping all the jets covered. (Having a jet uncovered causes a lot of spraying.   Or if you put 4-6 people (don't remember which spa you have) you might cause it to overflow easier.

We have a Caspian.  All the jets are covered, so it sounds like it's ok. Now if the @#$%$#@ electrician would just get over here and hook it up.  >:(

What side is the filter?  If it's on the low end then it should be fine.  If it's on the high end then you'll want to watch to make sure that when the water level drops due to splashing and evaporation that the filter is not exposed.

Is it somehow only supported by the corners?  If you don't have even support under your tub you may have issues in the future with the structure or shell.  I was always under the impression that you needed to have it 'evenly' supported.

The whole bottom seems to be evenly supported on the patio.  All the jets are covered.  Seems to be just fine.

The judge said I am no longer allowed to expose my filter.
