Thinking about buying a jacuzzi 385.  Think I am getting a good deal at $7,888. Any pros and cons on this hot tub is greatly appreciated. Will use it throughout the cold winter, is it efficient?

Have you looked at other brands?  Have you wet tested any?  I sell the Sundance and Hot Spring lines, so I have a bias, and would recommend you try something else so you are comfortable with your decision.  That is not saying anything bad about the 385...Jacuzzi Premium is made on the same line as Sundance so the quality is definitely there!  Just take your time and try out a few models to be sure it is the spa for you!  As for price...that is about where it should be plus or minus a few hundred.  If you like the spa and the dealer than I say pull the trigger!  Good luck!

Jacuzzi Spa's are some of the MOST efficent ones out there. One reason that all the top brands are foam filled is that method works the most efficently.  I have a J375 and my monthly cost is a fraction of a friend of mine that has a thermal pane product.

That's a good price on the 385.  We got a price of $8240 in Florida.

Interesting sidebar...I'm confident with our decision on the Epic, but I'd like to know where all these positive comments from dealers on Jacuzzi were when I was inquiring??

I wasn't getting a lot of positive feedback on Jacuzzi when I was comparing.  Lately, I've seen lots of Jacuzzi owners on the board and dealer comments have been much more positive??

Just my observation....
