Googling "South Beach Pool Cruise Ship"

Tells me it's Norwegian Cruise Line's ship "Pride of America".  There are 4 hot tubs on board. Located on Deck 11, near the South Beach Pool.  

And for the other quetion,  I say,  "No, but who cares?"

I didn't think  the water would be that cold. It's a hot tub after all but from what I gather, it;s a bit chilly.
