Notice they were not on my list, I worked down  the street from them for 10 yrs.

No complaints in the BBB. Looks to have 4 stores throughout AZ.

Bodyaches, what model were you looking at?

I think people might be able to help you a bit more if you framed up your situation a bit better:

Ever own a hot tub before? if so, what worked? what didn't?

What features are you attracked to? why? IS this a recreational tub, or one more for therapy?

How many people will be using the tub?

Any size restrictions?

Do you have a target budget?
