I am now the proud owner of a brand new manufatured in June of 2005 Beachcomber 750 BLE. My Tub arrived yesterday when I was out of town, when I got home last night it was 101 and ready for a christening. It is beautiful and everything seems to work fine. Once again I would like to thank everyone for your help in my quest for a new tub and a special thanks to Beachcomber Brampton for replacing the tub no charge.Ray
Now that you are in Hot Water and enjoying it, maybe a letter acknowledging their extra effort and your appretiation for the final outcome. This story could have taken many different directions and this happy ending and their follow through should not go unrewarded. I am sure a simple thank you would do, but they did go the extra mile.
