Ok I checked my water this morning and the bromine and PH is super, but my alkalinity is low 60 to be in fact should be in the 125-150 range. Shocked it earlier but don't want to add bromine cause it's in the good range any Ideas?

Yeah I just realized I had that in my starter kit...not sure if I just toss some in or grab the bucket and mix it in there and then pour it in the tub....calling my dealer

Read the ingredients list on your alk increaser.  I'm sure you'll find out that it's essentially sodium bicarbonata, aka baking soda.  Hint for when you run out of alk increaser.  Just toss it in and turn on the pump, no air.

Works well, in your sized tub at that reading, a heaping tablespoon should do it. Wait 24 hours to test again, at that reading you won't cause any problems. And then as the shampoo manufacturers say, "repeat as necessary"
