Add another banned user to the list  ;D

I'm pretty sure he baited me by using a fake name and sent me a pm, because I have been nothing but curteous on his site. I told the person that if they wanted to see the real jim, to go to the other forum (that is now being moderated.)  Oh well.

He even had to lock down his own site. I think he's getting beaten up pretty bad.  I'd feel bad for the guy if he wasn't such a lying schmuck.

I refuse to sign up....and i am sure there are alot of customers that will also bypass his sales site because of the sign up. You should be allowed to browse an open forum without signing up.

Well, even if a customer does get in, they will be treated to peoms. I think that means poems, but after reading it I'm not sure.

I'm not knocking this young lady's creativity, but it doesn't seem to have much to do with spas....

Actually, I like it.  She may not know it, or Jimbo may not understand that it's actually a form of poetry from the dada movement

see: dadaism.

http://www.geocities.com/allon_art/dadapoetry.html

Scat music in the jazz era moved it into american main stream. Although it's generaly belived that Scat came from jamaca.  Given the time it emerged in the music industry,  I wonder if the german dada movement did indeed play a part?

She very well might be the real thing, either that or a raving lunatic.

Checked out the site just to see what this thread was all about :)

Found a few pages into it a nice customer letter that was posted with her permission.  "How nice", I thought, that he took the time to ask her if it would be ok to post her kind letter and even included that so everyone knew it was used with permission.......until.......I got to the end of her note & saw he included all of her personal information.  Yeah, that's what I want - some knucklehead posting my name, address, phone number, & email address on the web for every yahoo to see.  Great customer care - & that's a customer he obviously likes very much!  Don't know why he stopped there - he could have went the 10th yard & got her SSN & DL # posted as well.  ::)

Nobody ever accused him of being a rocket scientist.  He's claimed the title for himself, but I don't think anyone else has ever thought it so.

Well, I just got banned. Mind you - I had posted twice since he got the new software. Once was to answer a question for one of his customers about a swim spa, and the othet was to compliment Sandy on an ad she had put together with a nice photo she had taken.

That's it.

But I'm now banned.

Sigh....

Yeah, there is nothing that I posted on his forum that could be considered negative towards his spas or him in general.   Yet I got banned with a nasty letter from Jim.

Here it is if anyone cares:

Subject:  Sundance Spas are Crap

I just want you to know that you have been banned.

I had hoped that you were going to be a good honest person, but, I guess
you proved me wrong.
You broke a trust with me and for that you lost my freindship.  I never
give, dishonest,  people a second chance to
screw with my life again.
If you had any balls at all you would not be sneaking around behind my
back.  You could have posted your crap, and I would have simply
put you in your place.

Sundance spas are crap, compared to our products. You have got to be
kidding, or blind.
Have you seen the crappy shells they make, or do you ever even look at
the ####ed up fiberglass job?

You have been writing to our prospective customers and lying to them.

I pray that you get the message, by how "what goes around comes around".

Jim

Chas he banned you re-positing Amy's poem?

If he did. he's an ignorant a$$.  He doesn't own that woman's writings and to ban people for that, well, assumes quite a bit on his end.

What a tool. :P

No, I got a long detailed email telling me what he thought of me and mine - but no mention of Amy or her poetry.

He did ask why he would want somebody like me around his family, but I certainly don't want to be anywhere near his family. I just enjoy reading his boards now and then.

Wonder what he's hiding?

Did you read that post by Amy talking about Jim and Sandy walking in the mountains holding hands and how romantic, and then she (amy) says that Jim would lean over and kiss "Me"  meaning her.  What's up with that?
