I am looking to buy a new tub.  Have you ever heard of Gulf Coast Spas?  They seem to be less expensive and claim 24/7 service. What do you think? ???

Missrookie,

I don't have any personal experience with the gulf coast spas, but if you do a search of the forum you will find a lot of negative input about them.   When you do a search make sure you change the number of days from 7 to at least 180 days.

In my area, they dont even have a store front.  I dont know about the service record on them but I would find it to be difficult to track them down.

I will say that a friend from work has one a swears by it.  I have read many posts which do not recommend them.

It is all personal preference.  If it were my money, I would be sticking to the reliable brands, Sundance, Arctic, Hotsprings, Artisian, D1, Beachcomber, Coleman, Jacuzzi.    These are the tubs to be looking at.
