My wife and I really want a spa and like most don't have a lot of money. That being said.  What do you think a good 4 person spa would go for? This just to hang out in or party. Were in our early 20's and don't need much therpy. Thanks

I suggest you go spa shopping, get a feel for what's available in your price range.  Keep in mind that in addition to the cost of the spa, you'll need to budget money for site prep. and electric work.  Those two things alone can run well into the thousands, at least several hundred for a DIY concrete pad, and the electric stuff.  This is true for a new spa or even a $500 10 year old Cal Spa.
