Easy question for you experts...
« on: June 25, 2005, 04:34:35 pm »
First time draining my tub.  While my filters are soaking in filter revive I am refilling my tub. Would it be OK for me to power my tub back up and get it heating while my filters are not in there?

-Also the filter revive bottle says to soak for 12 hours, would it be OK to soak less or is that about right?

As long as you don't have anything floating in the spa that can get sucked into the pumps it's fine....

Although I recommend my customers to never run the spa without the filters simply because it's to easy to forget and get something into the pump...

Your best bet is to have a second set of filters that you can interchange as you need them.

Everybody thinks they need year supply of chems when they get their tubs but you are better off with a spare set of filters.  They should dry after cleaning from what I understand.
