I called the Caldera place $150.00 I feel a little better, a little.

Anyone know how the warrenty works or no longer works when you purchase a tub from someone else?  Is it void?

It isn't transferable but its sounds like you bought a spa that was well maintained and that you saw running (a key) for a reasonable price. Congrats.

Thanks,

I think it is a really nice, well taken care of spa.  The woman was very knowledgable and told me how to clean what she cleaned and how often, and it shows the thing is sparkling out there on the patio, right now.  8)
