It is a shame that this manufacturer can not sell it's product and support it's dealers based on the content and performance of the product quality, coupled with dealer support and services even when a dealer goes out of business. Most if not all of the quality manufacturers would have their phones ringing off the hook from reputable dealers wanting to represent them. Especially, so close to the manufacturer's home base, where you could pick them up and not pay freight.Don't you think?
Maybe I'll have to stop in and talk to him about what he thinks of the Master Marketing strategy, because its been mentioned by several credible members of this forum.
I feel bad for the customers who buy a Master Spa because they are a deceitful company.
