New spa store in town

What is your square footage of both buildings?

The Caldera building is 7200 square feet, with about half being warehouse and about 900 being upstairs offices. That ends up as 3900 feet of showroom space.

The new building we bought is going to end up about 4000 square feet, not including the little apartment. The lot is close to 10,000 square feet so we are planning on enlarging in the future.

Our existing store is only 1850 !! We are looking forward to having some room to show more wet spas, and have a more 'designer' look to the whole thing.

My wife is a real talented decorator, has her degree in marketing - though focused on clothing/textiles - and we are both looking forward to being able to cut her loose to create a nice space for both stores. Also, HotSpring has an amazing team of talented people who have been very helpful in designing the structure and layout of the floor itself.

If it wasn't so hectic and nerve-wracking, it would be fun!!

Just curious - with all those earthquakes your having do you need to turn the pumps on to get a massage?

I think, because of all that floor space he has, Chas is causing the earthquakes by running all of his tubs at the same time!

I tease about folks who move to get away from the earthquakes, but I hope you didn't lose anyone dear to you.

No we didn't lose anyone back then.  Since I was still a young one back then - I had no choice but to leave cause my parents moved.

And if your curious as to where - go to extreme eastern Colorado - no keep going - keep going some more - than take a big hop east -- in other words - out in the middle of nowhere.
