I hope everything works out for you. As long as your dealer is working with you, I am sure it will work out for the best. It appears they are trying to make it right.

Just an update

The dealer picked the tub up yesterday and I went to look at it last night, most of the foam had been removed from the one side of the tub and was very wet.  They suspect it has 2 leaks.  The tech also had several smaller holes dug out around the tub to see if any of the foam was wet and it wasn't ( I stuck my hand in every hole too).  They will fix and let it run on blocks to make sure it no longer leaks then will foam it up and deliver back to me before the weekend.
