Hi all I have another question..you ladies will appreciate this one...I want to put lights like really cool party kind of lights around my gazebo any suggestions???

I used to have the lights that look like hot peppers strung around my patio. They are pretty festive.

I like to keep it dark except for the glow coming from inside the tub. Keeps the neighbors guessing.

Yeah, I kinda put this idea by hubby last night and he wasn't to keen on stringing lights on the gazebo, might just leave it be, I've already pushed my luck lol

Check out your local RV dealers, (or search the web) ask for awning party lights. Camping World has some pretty fancy ones.

Check out the Sunsetter Awning website. They have some outdoor patio lights that will hang down and look really nice. Go to sunsetter.com I believe

Ok, my next question would be, I will have 220 wiring to the hot tub, but the closest 110 outlet is clear in front of the house, so I guess it's going to be a forget about it on this, cause hubby doesn't want to have to wire a 110 plug

Then dont' be suprised if you fail your rough in inspection. The NEC requires a GFI protected 120 volt outlet at least 10' but no farther from 20' from the spa.
Unless you are skipping the permits and inspections, in which case it won't matter.

as far as the wiring on the hot tub it's all up to hubby I think and don't quote me on this we are going with 220 hubby is wiring this weekend going with a 2 circuit panel with #6 copper wire and GFCI breaker 2 pole and a 2 pole breaker for panel don't know what all that means.. huby has a electrician helping him with this

and it can be 110 or 220 is what we were told so we decided to go with 220 since I'll be using it alot

If you are using a 50 amp feed to the spa, get a 60 amp "spa pack" (sub-panel w/GFI two pole breaker) that has room for 4 circuits/spaces. Use two spaces for the 2 pole GFI spa breaker, and you will have room for a 115 volt circuit. You may have to run larger wire from the main panel to the spa pack.

Seems to me Cutler Hammer makes one of these, sold at either Lowes or the Home Depot.

If your running wire for a 220 volt outlet for the spa, how hard is it to run a 110volt also. Gota dig the trench ,might as well bury a second wire.
