I'm not sure this helps but I bought an '04 Optima back in December that a dealer had on the floor as a demo for a year. It came will all the bells and whisles and I gave 7 grand including taxes and delivery and set up. I also got the full warrenty with it too.

BTW, you want him to add the ozonator to the tub because it makes the water so much better.

I think a very fair price would be $7500 with ozone included.

I don't know if this helps, but at my SD store, the 2005 Optima was shown on sale for $7995, came with the basics including cover lifter and steps.  I purchased the 05 Optima  last week for $8,600, but includes CD/Am-FM Stereo, and a few other extras they threw in.  I hope I got a good deal.  Hubby really wanted the stereo, so we went with it for another $600.  Of all four spas we wet tested, I really liked the Optima best.  Second favorite of tubs we tested was the HS Envoy, and it was priced at $8,550 without a stereo.
