Well finally got my filters in.  While I was waiting I was looking at a product called Silken.  Has anybody used this and have any comments about it?

I am using it.  The water feels less harsh I guess.  Not a big deal to me, but there are others who really like the stuff.

I think it's a water additive that is supposed to keep your sking from getting dried out.

Silken is a borate that is used to buffer the water and to counteract the tendency of chlorinated water to cause dry or itchy skin.  BioGuard makes it and it costs maybe $15.00 for enough to treat two tub refills.
