Chemicals to Use With Caldera
« on: March 31, 2005, 09:17:27 pm »
When I bought my Caldera the dealers sold me the Soft Soak product. When I mentioend this to Watkins, they said that is not on their approved list of Sanitizers..

If you read the warranty stuff, they have the right to void it becasue of improper use of chemicals. Why would a dealer sell the crap if all they sell is the Hot Springs and Caldera lines and it isnt recomended in the manual?  ???

Because they sell supplies to many other people than the ones who purchased spas from them?

I don't know.

But I have sold Baqua for quite a while now, and we try to let folks know that it eats Polycarbonate - such as some light lenses and some jet parts.

We try to determine if the spa the Baqua is destined for is new enough to have the updated lens or not. But we don't catch them all.
