Thanks to all for the nice words. We live in a small suburb of the Phoenix metro area called Fountain Hills. Regarding landscaping, everything that you see outside of our fence (and a portion of what is inside the fence) is native growth. Although our elevation is only about 2,000 feet, the foothills are quite lush Sonoran desert. Quite a bit different from the Phoenix that most see at the airport and in the rest of the "valley of the sun" area (elevation of about 1,100 feet). We love to get outside and the spa really brings us there this time of year while the unheated swimming pool is still too cold.
