I just went ot a hydropool dealer and he is JUST starting his business, he actually has been selling pools for 3-4 years but is not just starting to sell hot tubs.
Anyhow, this is the prices he gave me...
For the 575 the PLatinum $5700
575 Gold $5200 plus everlast cabinet, ledlighting extra 5 year warrenty and Ozonator
Serenity 5000 Elite plus $5300
Serenity 5000 plus $4800
and the SE $3800
What do you think the "best bang for my buck" is?
I forgot to ask if I needed 220 or 110 volt hookup My husband told me to ask.
Is there that much difference between the Serenity 5000 and the SE? Just the fact that I can pick my color and upgrade if I want?
THanks SOOO much for your help> Any other Inforyou have for me would be great!
Jaymi
Hi Jaymi, (I love that spelling by the way!
)
Anyway, whoever this dealer is, he's way under what most dealers are selling them for for some reason. Even though I look after western Canada, I happen to have a US pricing guide and he's anywhere from $800 - $2300 under normal pricing. Run there now and get it in writing!
The best value in the spas mentioned Jaymi would be the 575 Platinum. Not only are you getting those upgrades, but the Hydropool spas have the
self cleaning plus system and a much more advanced filtration system which will make a significant difference is minimizing your watercare and maintenance as opposed to the Serenity which does not.
Quality is identical otherwise but the Hydropool spas are far more feature rich and a better value especially considering the massive savings on this model. Even if it’s a 2004 model, it’s still amazing!
All of these spas will require a 50amp GFI with #6 wire running off of 220V. 220 is far more economical and will offer better heat recovery times.
For the extra $700, I wouldn't even consider the SE or Serenity 5000 spas at the pricing offered.
If there's anything further I can help with, please feel free to contact me directly at srussell@hydropoolhottubs.com and I look forward to hearing from you Jaymi.
