I saw an add in the paper for the E#nglewood for $3900, is it a good deal and how is the manufacture ?

You will only see Gulf Coast spas in the newspaper. I don't think they are sold by a spa retailer, which in turn may mean they also are not serviced by a certified technician. I may be wrong but, look at some of the older posts on this board, they talk about this brand...
Was the regular price upwards of $8000.00?

IF its one of those "This is an $8k spa that we're selling for $3800" sales pitches I think you need to realize one thing; nobody pays $8K for those spas. They all pay $3800, making them $3800 spas, not $8k spas.
