Naturally a person with more fat is likely to have more float that someone who is quite lean.  Since all else being equal, women have slightly more fat than men, they in consequence have slightly more tendency to float.

*shock* :o   *horror* :'(
is this allowed???  Someone using the 'f' word and directing it towards women!??! I prefer the words   'voluptuous' and 'cuddly' myself!!  However, having said that, us ladies do tend to have our own ...... ahem...buoyancy aids!!!!lol

Anyway, about the loungers...I find that I dont actually use mine as a 'proper lie down' lounger . We've got a Marquis Reward btw.  I find that I tend to sit deep in the seat.......but with my legs crossed in front of me...... that way I still get the benefit of lying down , but I dont float away.
