Cgar, I see you are a dealer, how do you feel about the Artesian line in terms of quality, and dealing with the manufacturers customer service department.

Will answer for Cgar cause his office is right next to mine and he's gone for the week,  :P

The Artesian Gold and Platinum series quality is on par with some of the bigger brands. The manufactures customer service is top notch.

I agree.  I sell Hot Spring and Artesian and the Artesian is an excellent value.
Measure once, cut twice.

How is the ozone in the platinum series I heard it probably needs to replaced every year is this true.  Is it a disposable unit, in which you can not replace the light?

I cannot YET compare quality but I'm 6'3"+ and have dry tested the Coleman (formerly MAAX) 480 series (480, 481, 482) and the lounge was a great size...not floor jet but large floor well space.
