You Get What You Pay For
« on: February 28, 2005, 11:44:43 am »
I just wanted to give kudos to Sundance and my local dealer for quickly servicing me.   8)
The display on my Optima was reading 104 and the actual temp was 99.  I replaced my micron filter...and it didn't help.  I then called my dealer at 11:45 and explained my problem.  When I got home from work at 3:30, the problem was corrected.  Bad temperature sensor.
At any rate, this is a good example of why the dealer makes all the difference.  And I did not have to pay any processing fee!!
