I would go to ND. I have some cousins who live there - and they have been out to see us recently so I owe them a visit. They also claim that parts of their state are worth visiting, but I didn't believe a word of it...

I've never been to ND, I understand it is beautiful in the dead of the winter. Any insight? ???
