what a difference between dealers
« on: February 19, 2005, 06:17:34 pm »
Just bought a new Jacuzzi 345 from a different dealer then I'd started with.  To make a long story short went to a guy about a mile from my house who had closeouts on Jacuzzi 2004 floor models.  Really liked the seating of the 345 but this one had a stereo which I didn't need. Anyways he quoted me a price of 5700.00 with cover lifter steps etc. and told me there was a big price increase on the 2005. He acted like a used car salesman would with his got to buy now attitude before there gone approach.  Looked at other brands but really liked the way the Jacuzzi seated everone.  Just for kicks I called a different dealer (this is a large chain in the chicagoland area) and asked about the same model. he told me I could get a 2004 floor model or for about 200.00 more get a 2005.
Dashed over by him and ended up getting the same tub, cover, etc. less the unwanted stereo but extra lighting instead for 5500.00.  I ended up saving 200.00 and got a brand new 2005 in the box with the colors of my choosing hot tub.  Thanks for all the help I found on this site  Great site you have

Stuart,
Didn’t  someone mention before you looked like Curly?  He was pretty ugly…

Curly sure looked better than Larry or Moe.  I believe he was quite the ladies man, if I recall my stooge trivia.

Only those that know me or have seen me would say that. Remember, ST compared me to George Clooney also!
