What to do for new spa?
« on: January 11, 2005, 07:48:15 pm »
Hello all. Well I got a smoking deal. A Jacuzzi Premium J-325 6 months old for $2000. A gentleman with hip problems could not get in or out of it comfortably, so I bought it. It will be delivered this Friday. What would be the best action to take in setting it up ie: chemicals. I would like to use eco one to prevent dry skin. What else should I use?

There is a thread called "Anyone Use Eco One?", which may be of interest.  Also, is the person selling you the spa giving you any left over chemicals?  Ask him what his water care routing was.  Or try visiting a local spa dealer and ask them for advice.
Dichlor seems to be most popular on this board, and then Bromine.
