This is an update. ThermoSpas attorney sent me an email changing her mind. She now states that ThermoSpas is in violation of the law by charging 25% of the total we paid in taxes. OOPS!

Are you saying that they added an additional 25% on top of their sales price to you, in taxes? If so, didn't you catch that when they showed you the numbers?
