This site is completely independant and not related to Hot Springs in any way. HOWEVER, Hot Springs does buy advertising space. This web site, and all the sites under the whats-the-best umbrella are designed and build to generate advertising income for the owners..Anyother spa manufacturer I'm sure is free to advertise on this site, if they're willing to spend the $.... and no, I have nothing to do with the site(s), I've just advertised on it from time to time.

No - during his sales pitch,  my local HS guy bragged that they had to add 4 people to keep up on  the repairs due to 2 other HS dealers losing their dealership rights.

Maytag just have those poor 2 guys totally bored and making commercials - I have never seen a Hot Springs' tech commercial - so they must be really busy!

We're talking about two dfferent things here:
1. Yes, a lot of HS dealers like to post here to help people. We do not get paid for doing so.
2. HS is a sponsor here: they buy ad space just as any other maker can do. Hit the "Featured Products" button above and scroll to the bottom of the page - you'll find some other sponsors.
