The www. has changed how we shop. We now have the ability to get extensive information before making a purchase. Companies see this trend and will help with that information. All companies give information that make them look or sound different than a competitor. That's fair. But a company not willing to show their warranty, complete with all fine print, is hiding something that they don't want a potential buyer to see! Arctic is one of those spa manufacturers that doesn't disclose this valuable consumer information.WHY???
You are missinformed. Our Warranty is shown right on our website. We are hiding nothing. Ask any customer, or dealer, we go to great lengths to meet our warranty commitment.
