One of the proprietors of water tonic used to post on doc's board a while ago.  It is similar to the Natural and Eco One... all of them being enzyme bacteria fighters.  None are santitizers and really should be used with a low dose of chlorine.

I've been reading the information on the website.  No one in our family has a problem with chlorine so I guess I'll stick to what is working for me now.
