I really don't know, but I've sent an email to my nephew, who is in Baghdad to find out. He sent me back a picture of himself, and his commanding officer discussing their latest $50k purchase.

Very possibly Sadamm did. If I had to guess,he bought a few CaVeN spas,and used em as torture devices ;)
