There are calcium booster products, which you should be able to pick up at any good spa store in your area.
Maybe your dealer could suggest one.

First, get a Taylor Test Kit and read the booklet that accompanies it--it will answer all your questions plus give you specific quantities of calcium chloride to add to your water depending on the results of the titration test.
