We didn't care for the ones we tested, so we got a spa without.

Yea. I like them. But I sure have a lot of people tell me they float out of them. I encourage people who are shopping for a lounger to try one out wet first. Be it a friend's spa, or a wet test in the showroom of the nearby HotSpring dealer.

Or other dealer, I suppose....  ;)

We love ours.  We have the Artesian Grand Bahama and my favorite seat is the lounger.  We have the rough texture on the acrylic, and it seems to hold you in place better than the slick ones.

Its one of the least used seats in our tub, but I'm still glad its there. I use it once in awhile.  We are a family of three and I intentionally bought a 6 seat tub.   Its also the shallowest seat so sometimes the shorter people will use it as a cool down seat.

I love it.  I love the foot massage ours has, it also has some jets that do the back of your legs.    The wife doesn't like it much as she can not reach the foot jets.  We could have got the exact same tub we have with out the lounger but when we wet tested both,  I liked the lounger.  We have a Coast Mountain Spa (robson model).

Love the lounger!  Only place you can stretch out when the tub is full.

I wet tested several tubs with loungers, but found that I tended to float out of them.

Happy without one!  This way, my husband and I both get a moto-massage jet at the same time, instead of fighting for it!!!

I wouldn't say he is a "great" music writer!

He hasn't won that elusive Oscar yet!!!

I like the lounge. My wife and I will never like the same lounger. The ones I like she floats out of (ie D1 Chairman) the one she likes (Coleman 471) is too short for me. Knees in the face.

This is the challenge for any couple with 1' difference in height.

Or different builds: my lovely and gracious wife and I are the same hieght standing, but she has a longer torso than I, so we are two or more inches different when seated.

I sure love the lounger in my LSX.  I think many people may not like them because they just didn't find the right lounger for them.  I know that I've soaked in loungers that did not feel as comfy as mine.  And there's no way another type of seat can compare to a lounger when it comes to stargazing....... ::)
