Thought I would share where the Hot Tub is going.. it took longer to decide on a tub than it did to build this thing. 95% sure I'm going with the Caldera Niagra.

I see you decided on the new "vaporware" tub manufacturered by Casper. I like the footwell jets but the transparent shell might be a little much!!! ;D
...The gene pool could use a little chlorine....

No soaking 'au naturel' in that tub...   ;D

Seriously, great setup hawkman!  Isn't it killing you to have your space completely ready without a spa to fill the space?

Actually, if he wanted to, he could add roll-up shades on as many sides as needed. The design of the pavillion allows for easily hiding the shades when rolled up. If he used sun shade fabric, the air would still flow, but turn off the light in the spa, and you would have total privacy yet still be able to see out. Really cool.

BTW - do you have some lighting on this deck yet? I could see some spots inside, and a couple on the outside on a different switch.

Looks great!

No lights yet.. Was thinking of a couple of up-lighting under the eve and then a couple on the main deck.  I thought the same thing about the shades, just haven't seen any.

I would try an awning place, or gazebo company - you'll most likely want to get them custom-made so they fit the opening snugly. Put in some snaps to keep them in place when closed.
