Removing a Hot tub

I just recently brought a house that has a brand new hot tub in the back yard.  They claimed that it was never used, but right now it doesn't work.  I would really like to have a hot tub but not sure if I should look to have it repaired or just trash it.  Is there a company that will come and take it? I live in the Washington State.

What brand, what model?  Do you have anything that actually tells you how old it is, or just the seller stating it is brand new?   Finally, is there a local dealer nearby for that brand tub?

To add to Under the Stars post, Find the local dealer for the brand and I'll bet they can advise you,  perhaps if they are the ones that sold it they might be able to give you a history and if it indeed is new, he can talk about transferring the warranty. And he might the one most willing to take it away.

Maybe it was Keith Gilbertson's tub, didn't he just get fired?
