Wow, I over ate as usual and somehow after the Thanksgiving weekend I'm the exact same weight (only 15 pounds more than I should be). Bring on the Christmas cookies!!!! However, come January I'm going to loose ALL my excess weight. THIS time I mean it. Maybe I'll even get back to my high school weight!! Well, maybe that's going too far.

I would think working inside theropane spas would help keep the weight off.  ;D

I knew a guy who has eaten several Big Macs for lunch every day forever. He has a huge breakfast of bacon and eggs, or sausage and eggs, or pancakes and eggs every morning. Then there's a burrito off the catering truck every afternoon, and the whole left side of the menu for dinner each night. Goes out to a buffet every Sunday, and the owner of the place grimaces when he walks in.




And the part that bugs me -





the guy still weighs the same as he did in high school.
