Seasonal Hours
« on: November 20, 2004, 01:33:54 pm »
A couple of questions to the dealers:

1. What hours does your store operate? Do the hours change season to season and how.

2. Do you close for the winter?

Our store hour vary season to season.
Fall and spring: M-F 10-6, Sa 10-5, Su 11-4
Summer: M-W 10-6, Th/F 10-8, Sa 10-6, Su 11-5
Winter: T-F 10-6, Sa 10-5, Su 11-4, Monday-closed

Thanks for your replies

A Christmas decoration store... I'd spend my paychecks before I got them. I'm a Christmas decoration addict. I've already strung lights and put up a very cool, pre-lit palm tree by my spa.

Our store hours remain the same all year 9-5:30 M-F and 9-1 on S. We schedule evenings and Sundays for most test soaks.

We don't really have a slow season because when the spa's slow down the fireplace season takes off.

Spahappy :D

You guys need to give your employees a chance to go to church.  It'll help you sell more spas. ;D

Same here: we have one store open on Sunday, the other is closed. My wife used to go to the store on Sundays to relax and get a little work done on the books. But it has slowly turned into one of our busiest days and now I have to go help her out.

We are open noon to four on Sundays.

You warm weather states................here in NY it's gets very cold and snowy in the winter, we really envy you guys at this time of year.   Plus a large portion of our business comes from the Pool Side, this is the main reason for our seasonal hours.  We rock n'roll from april till Columbus day, then things slow down considerably (business wise), but there are always things do.........inventory, stock, training, keeping tabs on the competition, etc...

SAT 10am-4pm
Closed Sunday

You guys see much traffic on Sundays? I gave it a shot a while ago and it was dead.  Fri-Sat usually the busy days.

Just Curious
