I have a Caldera Niagara that froze due to heater failure under warranty. Should the resulting leaks be covered by warrany?

Unfotunately, all warranties have clauses that preclude that from being covered.  You may be able to make some noise and get them to work with you.  My recommendation is to be polite but ask them to take care of it.  Angry, rude customers don't get far usually.

Thank you for the reply. It seems as though my local dealer doesn't wanna go to bat for me. Kinda make me feel like I'm a criminal for asking for help!
