I've been looking at the Jacuzzi too. I'm down to the J-375 or the HS Grandee. I'd love to hear more about the Jacuzzi spas as well. I've spent time in friend's and relative's HS spas, but I don't know anyone with a Jacuzzi. Would these two brands be considered comparable?

I'm not sure I'd put Jacuzzi quite on par with HS but its close enough for argument's sake. Wet test them both and see how they fit/feel.

As a Jacuzzi J-345 owner, I thought I could give you a bit of a feel for them.
The 345 is almost the same as the 365 in terms of design, except the 365 is bigger and has a better control panel.
Love what Jacuzzi has done with the air injectors. You can choose the pressure you want the jets at which is brilliant.
The footwell is great. It's big enough to not knock toes with people you don't know as well, but you still have a very comfortable seating position.
Overall, I am very much enjoying my 345. I would highly reccomend Jacuzzi as a brand.
Having said all this, the Hot Springs brand is one of the top ones out there, and you won't go wrong with it either. It just depends on what the price difference is, and if you want to pay it. (where I live the price difference between Jacuzzi and HS is really high)

We have had our 365 for approx 10 weeks and thoroughly enjoy it. The footwell dome was an important feature for the great foot massage it provides for up to 4 people, and also it helps keep the "floaters" in place.
We also were looking for a tub for an open footwell since we enjoy to use it for social get-togethers. 6 average sized people can sit in it without their legs/feet jammed together.
The open seating arrangement also make it easier for people to change seats for different massage.
No service issues- so far. For me, it's too early to comment on that aspect. However in reading this board and others, it appears that reliability is good. Time will tell.

I have a J370. Really enjoy it. Only have one set of filters and I rinse them as scheudled. No problems. I also recommend the Stereo and ozonator options. Going on my third year with it now. Not one (knock on wood) problem so far!

The J-365 is one of the most popular models at our Jacuzzi Dealership. It's a great choice because of the shape of the tub and the standard features built into it. Good value for the money spent. Have you done a Test-Soak yet?

Reason for the second set of filters is when they are soaking over night cleaning you will have the second set of filters in your spa..After 6 months with my Jacuzzi its time for the second set of filters and let the others soak a bit and clean and spay them the next day over nite.jt
